Hi,

 

the motion detector works only from time to time, but mostly doesn't. I've just updated to 2.3.36 version and it didn't fix this issue that existed already.

 

I can confirm that all the settings are correct/activated, to "always", etc.

 

Could you please help me out?

May I know the model of your phone and its IOS or Android version? 

Please check if the motion detection message being pushed in Message Center (envelope) on Tapo app?
