Hi there,

 

I have two wireless adapters and I am trying to change their SSIDs but neither of them show the Wireless option in the utility. I have connected via the router and via each of the adapters. In every case, I have closed and reopened the utility, but it still doesn't show it. I have even tried the web version while connected to each of the adapters but it says that I am not connected, although I am.

 

How can this be fixed please?
