  @Billmanakos that sounds not good. How did you revert to 1.5.7?  TP-Link claims that this is not possible when you are on 1.6.0

  @TP-Link

Updated to 1.6.0 day one.

After 3 days slow performance and speed.

Restart and after 2-3 days slow performance on wifi, WAN, lost Kasa Smart Devices, slow IKEv2 VPN.

Today reverted back to 1.5.7. VPN, WAN and wifi are back to normal.

Be aware of this 1.6.0 update, it's not bug free.

  @Sonic007 thank you again. Do you know if you need  also a new version of the app when you install 1.6.0? Cause in the AppStore iOS there is only version 2.13.3 available.

  @JanRekenaar

If you do it manually than you only have to install it on the main deco.
i have v1 and v3 in deco in my network all connect with Ethernet backhaul

  @David-TP any reason why my Deco m5 v1 doesn't show up with the firmware being available for it?

  @David-TP  I presume that the principle of installing firmware throughout the webinterface has not changed the last couple of years? 1.5.7 en 1.5.4 could also be installed throughout the web, how did that work out, was 1 install in Main Deco enough?

I ask this because I cannot be a tester in production (what you ask basically)  because my whole household depends on good working internet right now.

Thank you all for the messages. I might not reply but I have already noted it down.

@JanRekenaar

I think you might need to manually upload all but I haven't tested it yet.

It would be highly appreciated if you could share your result with us.

Thank you very much.

  @David-TP thank you very much for your answer. If I upgrade the firmware throughout the webinterface, do I have to manually install the firmware on all units apart, or is one install on Main Deco enough?

thank you
