Can I use  TP-link Powerline extender in a building 10 metres from the house as well as a mesh system in the house on the same router ?

Powerline unit are home products, and we recommend using them in the same house/ building, and use under the same power line ( under the same power meter).

If you have a tp-link OneMesh router, and OneMesh compatible powerline KIT, they could build a Mesh network under the same powerline.  We have a QA guide that help learn more detail of TP-link OneMesh: Several questions about the OneMesh and Mesh

If you use  Mesh system of different manufacture, or use Deco mesh , powerline kit  could only work as the ordinary extender, not build a Mesh/ seamless roaming.
