Cannot access internet

I had internet after installation but disappeared after a few days and I have been unable to fix since.
The IP address is saying 0.0.0.0
Please could someone assist, many thanks

Have you tried restarting the router? If yes and it didn't help, how about factory resetting the router?

@coxon-1990 So, you're using 4G network for internet acces, right?
Could you try getting the SIM card out of the router and putting it back in?
If that doesn't work, you can put the SIM card in your mobile phone. If it works when in phone, something is wrong with the router. If it doesn't work again, your SIM card might have died and needs to be replaced.
