I want a feature on KS220M and HS220 switches to disable dimmer functionality in Kasa App.
I can have a light bulb which is not dimmable and I am planning in future to have a dimmable light, so I installed a dimmable switch.

Now not dimmable light bulb behaves weirdly on off/on events because instant on/off on switch is actually very fast dimming on/off. Plus you can dim light by mistake. 
I think form marketing perspective it is a nice feature, install more expensive dimmer switches everywhere now and add dimmable light later.

Thank you for your ideas to help improve Kasa products. 

It is not recommend using a dimmer switch with a non- dimmable lamp to avoid possible damage on bulb.

I understand there is transaction before you replace a non- dimmable bulb with a dimmable one, while completely disabling the dimmer requires hardware redesign on Kasa dimmer switch, personally I think this is pretty unlikely for dimmer switch which are made for dimmable bulbs. I hope this helps.

In this case, in case if dimming disabled in app, is it possible to disable dimming buttons and make switch to to turn on/off as fast as it possible?
