how can I connect a C100 to a NVR?
I use the ebitcam NVR.
Not sure: both need to be compatible with ONVIF, I guess.

Tapo camera supports the standard ONVIF protocol (Profile S), so it should work with the DVR devices that support the standard ONVIF protocol.
Usually NVR manufacture website will have a surveillance software, and you could add camera through that software.
