Tapo C100 WLAN Connection Probleme

Ich habe eine C310 und eine C100 erworben. Die C310 Inbetriebnahme ohne Probleme. Jedoch die C100 hat immer Probleme mit dem gleichen WLAN. Meldet sich laut Ereignisprotokoll an, jedoch nach ca 30 Sek wieder ab.
WLAN Access Point AVM Fritzbox 7590 & 7490
2,4 & 5 GHz
WPA2 & WPA3
PW für WLAN SSID 30 Zeichen
Nutzung einer anderen SSID auf der gleichen Infrastruktur mit 8 Zeichen PW funktioniert. Darüber Firmware Update gemacht, um hier mögliche Fehler auszuschließen.
Gibt es hier eine Begrenzung in der Zeichenlänge des Passwortes oder warum kann sich die C100 nicht anmelden?
Wie komme ich an weitere Debuginfos, was genau passiert und wo der Fehler liegt?
PS: Ich bin auch der Suche eines Herstellers für die Ausstattung meines Smarthomes mit Kameras an diversen Positionen, da heute ein Sammelsorium an Kameras existiert und ich das homogenisieren möchte. Exakt ein solches Fehlerbild hatte ich auch bei chinesischen günstigen Kameras. Wegen einem Modell hab ich tatsächlich deshalb das Passwort von 32 auf 30 Zeichen reduziert. Das ist jedoch der Grund meiner Suche eines Herstellers.

thanks for answering and investigating my issue.
1. Yes, it's just an idea, because I have had it with others camera in the past.
SSID Mallenet with 30 letters and numbers PW will come through private message (no special character) -> won't work
SSID TM_Gast with 8 letter, numbers and 2 times + is working easily

3. I have not tried different routers. If it works once, then the functionality with the existing infrastructure is generally expected and I do not build a second wifi access.
I have two AVM Router / Access Points (modell 7490 and 7590) in a MESH network. The last test now I tried with deactivated mesh repeater and without any WIFI functionality for the second router AVM 7490. Therefore to the router connect directly.
