Archer Ac1200 no internet connection on 2.4ghz
Hello
i do have internet connection with cable and wifi 5ghz. But no internet connection with 2.4ghz.
İ restartet and resettet my modem but i still have the problem.
We have the problem on all devices.
the wifi icon for 2.4ghz is yellow and the icon for 5ghz is blue

Hi, have you checked the IP address when the client is connected to 2.4ghz?
Please also change the channel on the vr300 to be channel 6 to see what happened.

firmware update done. nothing changed.
İp adress on 5ghz starts with 192.168......
ip adress on 2.4ghz is completly diffrent and starts with 10.57.57......
and still no internet connection on 2.4 ghz

Hi, though I see you mentioned you have reset the modem several times before, I am on the same side with PasKy and please reset it once again.
Since the default IP of the wireless network should start with 192.168.1.xxx, if the IP is 10.57.57.xxx, you might change the DHCP range on the modem before.
By the way, how long have you had the modem?
