My tp link router blinks only on the power on button and does not show any wifi and internet light

Was it working fine before and now it suddenly stopped working?

 

Or is this a new router just out of the box?

Could you please double-check the hardware since there are only V1 and V1.2 for TD-W9960?

And the latest firmware-TD-W9960_210831 version has been fixed this issue already.
