Hi, VN020-F3 v1 as well as Archer VR1600v and VX420-G2h, are all customized models for local service providers.

the web UI and software features might have slight differences from other common models and you will see there are no general firmware versions published on the official websites. The firmware would be pushed to the products from the service providers directly.

So whether you want to upgrade or downgrade the firmware, you might need to have a check with ISP and let them know why you wanted a firmware update.
