Hi, is the modem provided by your DSL service provider directly?
And may I know your current firmware version of Archer VR1210v?
Sometimes for the ISP customized mode, the web UI might be a little different and the remote management might be disabled by the internet provider.

Thanks for your support !
1) is the modem provided by your DSL service provider directly? Yes it's provided directly from service provider EOLO (Italy)
2) And may I know your current firmware version of Archer VR1210v? The firmware is up to date ( Archer VR1210v v1_2.0.0 0.9 v6041.0 Build 220304 Rel.6349n )
I suspect my issue due point 1)
p.s. for example with this UI isn't possible firmware update
Best regards

I just bought my AX21 and set it up today. Due to security concerns (it's inevitable that TP-Link cloud or whatever manages remote access will eventually get compromised), I would like for my router to not be remotely manageable.
Is it correct that the only way of disabling this is to logout/unbind my TP-Link ID? I could do this but this presents a dilemma, because I do want to use Dynamic DNS (which requires logging in), but not enabling remote management. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Hi,
You should be able to select "NO-IP" and "DynDNS" in the list of DDNS Service Providers.
Just use any of these two if you don't want to use TP-Link ID.
