Question regarding the parental controls of this router. Why cant I block facebook in this model. I have a deco m5 mesh router where the parental control can block facebook. Is there a required firmware to access this function? Thanks a lot!

You should be able to block Facebook via the Parental Control settings, please check the guide, try adding facebook as a keyword:

I already added all the sites that I want to block. but they still can access the Facebook, Viber and Instagrams. Is there any work around with this problem?

Can you please share the Parental Control settings on the AX6000 via email (support.email@tp-link.com)? What are the domains you've added to the blocked content? We will check if we need to add more.
BTW, be sure the device you are trying to block Facebook, Viber or Instagrams is not using a Private MAC Address, you need to disable it.
What's more, please check if you are running any VPN software on the device, which may also cause the failure of the Parental Control settings.
