It's an essential feature. I use the cameras to notify me if my elderly mother with Alzheimer's leaves the house alone, but sometimes she turns them off while cleaning, and in that case, I don't get any notifications.

This feature is required for all devices. It should at least be available with a Tapo Care subscription.

  @Solla-topee it has been 3 years. Why hasn't this been added yet? Your suggestion of using the Deco connection alert notification is useless if the camera is connected to a hub like the H200 as it doesn't show the camera as a connected device on the Deco (since it's connected to the hub instead).

 

I can't believe such as highly requested feature and something so basic that is offered by pretty much every camera manufacturer isn't available with the tapo cameras. And it's not like you'd have to reinvent the wheel. The camera already has push notification capabilities. This is absolutely unprofessional by tp-link.

Offiline notification should be included in all Tapo devices. Just do not make it too sensitive so short offline moments do not trigger the notification.
