Offline notification

Users of Tapo cameras must get the notification on the mobile phone, when cameras switch to offline, because, for example- a burglar can cut the electricity. 

Such notifications are norm in security systems. I can't understand why so important an basic function is not available in tapo application? Appplication "knows" when the camera switches to offline, so why app doesn send a notification in such case? Tp Link should update the application adding this function.

  @YRK I would add also, that there should be a delay in this notification, let's say 1 minute (or even more), because it shouldn't send a  notification, when there is a short problem with connection for example.

I am using tapo c310 (2x) to protect my future Home (still in building process) Sometimes power goes off or internet crashed and needs to be restarted. I really need to know as soon as it happens to sit in car and go restart it. Please implement this festure.
