If camera becomes 'dead', please perform a factory reset on the camera and with camera powered on and see if the Led will bling orange and green; check if camera is broadcasting Tapo Camera WiFi SSID.

Check if you can see tapo camera Wifi SSID on the phone or other mobile device: 

If there is a Wifi SSID, try to add the camera in the Tapo APP and reinstall the camera. 

if there is no Wifi SSID, it is recommended to contact retailer or local support to check device warranty.
