Telephony option missing; can't configure VOIP on ARcher VR1600v
Just moved NBN & Voip from TPG to Spintel. Took the Archer VR1600v across.
did basic config for internet, so that's connected.
TELEPHONY option is missing from TPLink login.
Can't configure modem/router for VOIP.
Called TPG who originally issued the modem. They categorically state that they did not alter/remove the TELEPHONY option.
How to fix this please? Do I need to update the firmware?
Current firmwire on modem: 0.1.00.9.1v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n
Hardware version: Archer VR1600v v2 00000000
Please help, I don't want to lose the landline. And not very techno.
