Tp-link should have a Static IP address option for its cameras.
I don't see any reasons why they can't include it except for buying their own modem or using a business VIGI line of cameras.

Thank you for the feedback. As for now, Tapo camera receives an IP address from router automatically, if you wish to get a static or fixed IP on camera, it is recommend to reserve an IP address for camera as the workaround. Example: Address reservation on tp-link router
Tapo camera is just camera for Home use and I did not see this feature is in the pipeline.
VIGI is a more professional line for surveillance system and support static IP on VIGI camera.
