Do you mean the volume is low or do you mean there is completely no sound with the camera speaker when you use Talk/ Sound feature? 

If there is no sound from the camera side, try to enable Alarm on your tapo camera and see if camera alarm will go off when it detects a motion (test if the speaker is fine in the camera)

If you think the volume is not loud enough, can you help test dB/decibel from the camera near the camera using some volume test apps and may i know what is dB. Thanks .
