Implemented Show two decimal places in energy consumptions metric

I think it could be useful to show two decimal places on all energy consumption metrics, right now it's only one.

Yes, more accurate data is better given the super increase in bills :(
The new firmware (1.1.2 Build 220930 Rel.144500) added more decimals :)
Unfortunately the new firmware also added a problem with the dates, there is an ongoing thread here: https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/586554
