I try to upgrade my router but I have the below message.

Which version were you trying to upgrade to? As stated in this thread, the 1.3.1 version was removed from their cloud server due to some unstable issues, thus you cannot upgrade to this one.
But you should be able to upgrade to the previous 1.3.0 version manually, download it from the website and upgrade it manually:
