Getting issue after firmware update on Archer C80 (v1.0) v1.12.0 Build 221010 Rel.35508n(5553)

Update : Issue confirmed by TP-Link support, fix will be pushed via new update.
Today I saw a update in my Archer C80, and I installed the update, now the firmware version is v1.12.0 Build 221010 Rel.35508n(5553), but after that my network went down.
Earlier I am using PiHole as my DHCP server, it was working perfectly fine, but after updating to latest firmware, my network went down, router suddenly change it's ip address to 192.168.0.61 from 192.168.0.1, and all the clients suddenly lost internet, I have restarted the router multiple times, but issue still there. Then Idisabled the DHCP from PiHole, and enabled the DHCP server on router, and changing it's ip address back to 192.168.0.1, it did fix the connectivity issue, but I don't want to user DHCP server from Router.
In brief.
- I am no longer able to use external DHCP server (I was using PiHole for this to manager my connected devices).
- If the external DHCP server enabled during update, somehow default router management IP (192.168.0.1) getting changed to 192.168.0.61, I have to disable the external DHCP completely and reboot router to getting back it's default management IP.
- I enabled the DHCP server in router and added PiHole IP as DNS IP for my network, but it is getting changed back to 192.168.0.1 automatically after reboot.
I guess this is probably a bug introduced in new firmware. can this be fixed?
Also, please let me know if I can downgrade the firmware to the previous version?

I'm happy to announce here that our developers have provided a beta firmware that could help fix the issue you're reporting. If anyone else come across with similar issues that the DHCP server settings of the Archer C80 change occasionally after a reboot, it's suggested to try updating and installing the below version and confirm if the issue will disappear.

Sorry to be holding you up today. Please know our teams are working hard to get everything up and running for you also, and we will update you next week once we get any information from the developers.
BTW, is it possible to modify the security and encryption on your iPhone? If yes, please try to change the security to WPA2-Personal AES, then try to connect the C80 to its hotspot again.

I can confirm that all the issue I was facing are resolved after applying this beta firmware.
Note : I am not using WDS, but I have tried after upgrading with beta firmware, it looks like the bug related to WDS is still there, hopefully it will fix in future update too. Thankfully it is not showstopper, if you change the encryption WPA2-Personal (on Android), WDS will recognize your WiFi AP and will able to connect successfully.

I've applied the beta firmware and works ok. It preserves the dns setting on dhcp page.
Will this beta be a production version? The background image on all the pages is not one of my favorites...
Seriously, it's hard to see the text beneath.
