Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 20221121 Rel. 36280

I recently change my Google wifi to the Deco x75. All my devices work perfectly, except my LG smart tv. 
At random times, the TV loses wifi connection. I go look in the menu and it is indeed disconnected.

In the Deco app it is still connected. I need to reboot the tv and hope for the best again. I tried all troubleshooting steps, but no effect.
On my Google wifi, there was no issue. 

 

Is there any knowledge about this?

You could turn off "Mesh Technology " for LG smart TV on the Deco APP, then set up an IP address reservation for LG TV.

You Smart TV might not like dual-band: 5GHz and 2.4GHz under same SSID.

 

To verify that, disable 5GHz on your Main network. If Smart TV connection is now stable, the workaround would be to enable Deco Guest Network with 5GHz band disabled and make Smart TV connect to it.

 

In case your Smart TV supports 5GHz, you can use same process as above but disabling 2.4GHz instead.
