Cannot connect to wifi and pair
Hi,
I have tried maybe ten times to get my camera working but it always either fails to connect to wifi (saying wrong password although I'm 100% sure it is correct) or then it fails to pair (I have managed only 2 times this far, rest of my 10 trials have ended with "wrong password"). I also tried with another phone and wifi once, but not succeded with those either.
I have TP link 4g router and iPhone XR. Any suggestion what to do?

Sorry for the delayed reply, may I know were you able to setup the tapo camera at last? If the camera is still with you, you can try some tips here
Case 4 Error Code"Pairing failed" or "Failed to receive an IP address".
For wireless security : WPA/WPA2(AES) is recommended
For Wi-Fi band: 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi
If the issue persists, may I know the Led status on camera, is it Green/ Blinking green or Red on the camera.
You may also try to connect the camera to a Guest Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot Wifi and see if that makes any difference.

@Solla-topee I have same issue and have tried as suggested above. Light blinks red/green. How can I correct this please as I am unable to use. Considering returning 😫
