Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 20221121 Rel. 36280

Hello,

What could be the case when guest wifi devices sees all other devices?
Two XE75's are in AP mode and they uses ethernet backhaul. Everything else seems to working, except this oddness.

Based on some searches, guest wifi might use VLAN 591. Added it between AP's but it didn't make any difference.

Does this work with others?
VLAN 591 is taken from https://www.tp-link.com/fi/support/faq/2317/

Hi, I believe your cases are quite the same.

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/596464

Deco in AP mode does not support VLAN. In other words, the guest network and main network are no longer separated via VLAN tags.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

  @David-TP Thank you for answer!

Is there something official about this? Is it going to work in future?

Currently this pretty much renders "guest" useless (very same which SSID you put your devices).

Jayd
