Available Solution:
The following beta versions have introduced 464XLAT support. It is suggested to install the specific version and check whether the reported issue can be fixed.
***Before downloading and updating the following beta firmware, please verify the model number and hardware version on the product label, especially the models with x.0, x.20, and x.30 versions. Please note that the x.0, x.20, and x.30 are different versions and are unable to use the same firmware.

All TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers including Archer MR600, TL-MR6400, etc.
Issue Description/Background:
Some customers reported that their Jio SIM card was working fine before, but the internet stops working after upgrading to 5G, old 4G Jio SIM card still works fine on the same device, while the 5G enabled Jio SIM card works on a smartphone or Jio's own router.
Available Solution
Before downloading and updating the following firmware, please verify the model number and hardware version on the product label, especially the models with x.0, x.20 and x.30 versions. Please note that the x.0, x.20 and x.30 are different versions and unable to use the same firmware.
For Archer MR600(EU) V3: Archer_MR600(EU)_V3_230506
For Archer MR600(EU) V2: Archer_MR600(EU)_V2_230506
For TL-MR6400(EU) V5.30: TL-MR6400(EU)_V5.30_230526
Notes:
1) After updating the above beta firmware, 5G Jio SIM will work, but SIM cards from other ISPs might not work properly even after downgrading to previous firmware, so if you would like to use 5G Jio SIM for internet access, please update the above beta firmware, if not, please don't update it and continue using previous firmware.
2) We will update this thread once there is any other beta firmware for other models or versions.
If internet still doesn't work with 5G Jio SIM after updating the above firmware, please make sure the PDP Type in the APN profile is IPv4&IPv6, and provide the following information for further follow-up:
1. A screenshot of the Advanced > Status page.
2. A screenshot of the Advanced > Network > Internet page.
3. Save and send us the system log file. You can go to Advanced > System Tools > System Log page to save the log file.
4. Model number, hardware and firmware version of the TP-Link router.

@Sunshine We hope there will be a fix from TP-Link team. Its been a long while now, i think 4 -5 months. I have MR-600 V1 and let me know whether there will be a fix for Jio 5G SIM or no ? If no then i want to forget about MR-600 and proceed with other Options

Dear all,
Please update this issue in Amazon and flip kart flat form. At least new user can understand this issue. From tplink no proper support since 3-4 months! Matter is too serious but tplink backend not doing well. Why they selling product in online?
@Sunshine The above is a valid point. Please stop selling all Tp-link 4G based routers, if you feel there cannot be fix with Firmware, which you were all trying for about 4 months now

@senpoos1 yes, correct! Apparently, it seems like its least of their problem on their priority list because in mail support they said its gonna take a while, its a shame that it works out of the box of older routers from other brands like huawei etc

@Prasantht Finally I am come with a solution for Mr600 v1 ,for Jio network user , the only solution is to Activate a new jio sim and never ever put that sim on 5G phone, and don't activate 5G welcome offer on that sim, I did that and jio sim is working on my mr 600 router with out any beta firmware, my speed is around 70 Down and 30 up. Hope is helps to many users.
