Hi, When using Jio 5G SIM on MR6400 V5.30 and MR600 V2 with the latest beta firmware, please check the default profile settings on the Advanced->Network->Internet page, if the PDP Type is not on the "XLAT", please create a new profile manually and set PDP Type to "XLAT", then check if everything will work fine.

Hi, thank you very much for the update, glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.
Could you please help to confirm the MCC and MNC of your Jio 5G SIM card? In this way, we could update the default profile for the specific MCC&MNC so that it can be plug and play without adding profile manually.
You could insert the Jio 5G SIM card into your smartphone, then check the APN profile settings on the phone to find the MCC and MNC, please share with us the screenshot, thanks a lot!

Hi, do you mean internet still doesn't work after manually creating XLAT profile?
Please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with the system log file.
By the way, for the signal coverage issue, do you mean the LTE signal strength on MR6400 is too weak? If so, please check the LTE band on both MR6400 and your mobile phone to see if they are using the same band or not.
