Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your router has no internet connection.
No internet connection when the TP-Link 5G/4G Router is working with a SIM card
If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information.
1. Do you have internet when the same SIM card is inserted into your phone or other routers?
2. Please send us the screenshots of the router's web UI > Advanced > Status page and Network > Mobile WAN page.

@JJJ123 I have NX200 ;
Firmware Version:1.2.0 3.0.0 v60e0.0 Build 250725 Rel.73467n
Hardware Version:Archer NX200 v2.0 00000000
since 2-3 months it is working only on JIO 4G. But when i select JIO 5G , it stops connecting to Internet.
JIO 4G gives only 2G per day and 5G is unlimited.
Does someone has the solution for this ?
Regards,
Sourabh

Try selecting xlat option on from auto and check it. Should be fine. Jio uses xlat and work on SA on 5g

Hello,
XLAT i have turned on. The issue is: 5G is not latching on . But 4G working fine.
Also, when i remove the SIM and put it back in phone, the 5G doesnt come for about 24 hrs in the SIM. I think JIO might have blocked the routers for 5G.
