Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 20220524 rel.51659(4555)

Hi

I wonder if there is any new firmware for AX73 v2.0? Because I notice that v1 has newer firmware (dated 2023-04-21) but for v2 is only first release dated 2022-06-13. Is there a EasyMesh in beta firmware?

I have also question if there will be diferent firmware for v2, v2.20 and v2.16?

Best regards BlPol

Hello @blpol

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

We haven't got an advanced notice if there is a beta firmware for AX73 V2 to support EasyMesh yet, you may wait and check the firmware release on your router web GUI regularly to get the update.

Regarding different hardware versions, we generally update the package and product label to mark the package or production revision, the number after the period is usually due to a change in the display box or where the device came from. The basic functions and features are the same on V1 and V2.

A report from the Zero Day Initiative (ZDI), a program created to encourage the reporting of zero-day vulnerabilities privately to the affected vendors found that since mid-April this year, threat actors started abusing CVE-2023-1389, a high-severity flaw found in TP-Link Archer A21 (AX1800) Wi-Fi routers.
