Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have recently bought a Tapo C420S2 version 1  and have now decided to purchase another 2 cameras.  I note that there is a new version available.   Any ideas what the difference is between the two C420s2 versions and will the new version work alongside the old one or should I upgrade the whole system?

According to the information I checked, the Tapo C420S2 does not have a new hardware version, and only the V1 is available now.

Tapo C420S2
Please note that the Hub H200 can work with up to 4 cameras only, and if your cameras require connecting to the hub to work is more than 4, you may need to buy a new hub.
