XE75 Pro Capping Ethernet to 100Mbps
Recently it seems my XE75 Pro have started incorrectly auto sensing my Ethernet ports on my satellite deco's have started going down to 100Mbps when there are 1000Mbps Cat 6 & 5e cables connected to those ports. It seems to co-incide with a recent firmware update. Has anyone else else experienced this? I have tried rebooting & full resets of each unit and the behavior eventually returns after an hour or so.
Topology wise, I have a main deco connected to my ISP provided router with Cat 6, then both satellite deco's are connected by Cat 6 cables to the main deco.

Thanks for the feedback.
Could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com ----Subject [Forum ID 613804] XE75 V2 Capping Ethernet to 100Mbps with the following details:
1. Can I have a picture of your network topology, for example:
2. Please also save the pictures of the network map and Mesh Backhaul type on the Deco APP, such as
3. Can I have more details about the Backahul Link speed issue? or could you please help me check the following information:
- If there is more than one satellite XE75, were all the satellite XE75s capped at 100m/s?
- Did these satellite Deco XE75s stay on 100m/s all the time, or did it randomly jump between 1G and 100m/s?
- Are you able to stably reproduce this issue?
- Have you changed the Ethernet cables or confirmed all the cables are firmly connected?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Hi, Thomas,
As for the UPNP settings, actually, I am a little curious. Since both satellite XE75 pros are connected to the main XE75 pro, then to BT Smart Hub2 via 2.5G port, so when you disabled "Extend UPnP Security”, is there any influence on the main XE75 pro?
"I've since rewired by network setup to use the one fully functioning port on each satellite to then wire everything off of." I think you are trying to say now that both satellites XE75 pro are connected to the main Deco via their own 2.5G ports, right? Previously you mentioned that if the Decos are all connected via 2.5G ports, the Ethernet link speed could reach 1G/s and the iPad could also get 900m/s via speedtest via Ethernet cable, no longer capped at 100m/s. Is it still the case?
Thank you very much.
best regards.

Unfortunately, my XE75 Pro did an update last night and now I'm facing the same issue.
This is clearly a firmware issue that Tp-link needs to fix ASAP.

Hi, Thanks for the message. I also got your support ticket.
The engineers are working on this issue and so far, there hasn't been a fix yet. But since the feedback is increasing, I think a fixed firmware will be ready soon.
Could you please help me check the details mentioned here? (You could update the email with the required information)
