Hi,
Is the problem that the Live View page of the camera displays a black page? Can you share a picture of the live view page of your camera on the Tapo app with us?
If the camera is online, but the live view page is black, please click on the Tapo Cam on the Tapo app and go to the Camera Settings>Advanced Settings>Display Settings, and then select the Compatible Mode and check if the problem solves.
