As someone who got burned on the 1.2.2 version and had to roll back to 1.1.7, and then up to the 1.2.1 Build 20230707 Rel. 44657 beta build, I'm starting a new thread.  The last entry on the 1.2.1 thread reported someone having same/similar issue with the 49686 build, and so I may stick with 44657 for a while longer, unless others are showing good news with the 1.2.3 build.  I'm on vacation and I don't feel like blowing my time off futzing around with bad builds.

Hi, I am also paying close attention to the feedback on the newly released 1.2.3, and Thank you for pointing it out.

Personally, I am quite confident in this version, but I do wish to get more user feedback. The firmware is just released a few days ago, it might take some time to detect the new firmware on the Deco APP.

Will this be released to AU region?

The TP Link support pages do not seem to have this version available for download yet (27th July 2023).

Hi, I think there would be no AU version.

It would be for CA region code only to fix the reported issue here:

The link seems to be gone again, but I did pulled the trigger and updated to 1.2.3 Build 20230707 Rel. 49686 on Saturday, and I've not experienced any issues so far.  Signal strength is still strong between the devices, I do wish it reported the actual RSSI and not just some subjective term.

After all the problems, I am disappointed to see that firmware 1.2.2 build 20230611 is still showing for my region. No sign of version 1.2.3. What happened to it?
