Hey!

My Deco has been updated few days to the latest firmware and the IoT network option has been added. But after turning it on and setting it up, still can't find it at all in the wifi networks of my devices to start adding my IoT devices. Please help! Thanks

Make sure that you have updated Deco APP to the latest version for the new features - restart the app.

If you have any other Deco model other than X20 in your setup, this may be the reason.

If there are other Deco models in your Deco network, you may miss some new features till other models release updates in the near future.

IoT network should be configured via Deco app:

Everything is updated and the Deco model is only the x20 i have total 3 devices. I even opened from the IP address page i only found the guest network and the main i didn't find the option of the IoT! Its only showing this option in the app only...

thanks a lot for the suggestion I did it and everything is working fine! I updated even from 2 days ago the official release 1.1.4 but something wrong happened, devices aren't staying in the preferred deco as I choose a special deco for the device. Hope it becomes fixed in the next update.

Hi @Sallomy

Something strange happened to me - I have also updated to the latest Deco X20(EU)_V4_1.1.1 firmware a few days ago and after that I saw in the Deco app the possibility to define a preferred Deco for a specific device.

I did some assignments...

Now, whenever I start the Deco app, I cannot find anymore the possibility to view/change the preferred Deco assignments. It is disappeared.

Can anyone tell me what happened?
