Hi I seem to have a problem charging the batteries for both of my cameras what is the solution seller has advised de-installing and send back .

Hi,
You can try to charge the batteries with a different power socket or power adapter and then check if it will solve the problem.

If not, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number of your Tapo camera?
2. Please describe your usage scenario and the problem phenomenon in detail.
3. What troubleshooting you have done already?
