hello, ive a problem with ac 1200, when i plug in laptop in to switch i have gigabit (600-700mbit speed) but when i plug in deco and connect by wifi my mac gets only 100mbit max 102mbit, it is like port is 100mbit but not 1000mbit, ive changed patchcords, any ideas ?
Hi, Have you checked the wireless link speed on the Mac when it is wirelessly connected to Deco M4?
May I know the model number of your switch? Are you able to check the port link speed on the switch when Deco M4 is connected?
If possible, it is also suggested to connect the laptop to the other Ethernet port of the main Deco M4 to check whether the Ethernet connection speed is also capped at 100m/s.
