hello

I want to ask if that possible to ger recording for one of tapo product i have it in my show room from 11:30- 12:00 den 22.11.2023

Hi,
Do you want to have the video recordings of your Tapo C200 from 11:30- 12:00 on Nov 22, 2023? Generally, on the Tapo app>camera's Live View>Playback & Download>Playback page, you can see the camera's video recordings and check if you can see the videos you want.

 

If not, please help confirm the following information.
1. Please send me the MAC address of your camera via a private message.
2. Have you inserted an SD card into the camera to store video recordings? Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care service?
3. Please send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recording page and a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
