I have a Tapo C200 that stopped responding after going thru recent firmware update. (1.36 to 1.39)

 

I have tried to do the reset but it does not help. I can see device in WiFi to add back.

Should say I cannot see device in WiFi.

Hi,
You can try to power off the camera, move it close to your router, power it on, wait for 10 minutes, and check if the LED on the camera will change.
If not, refer to the link below to reset the camera again and ensure the reset operation is correct.
How to reset my Tapo camera?
If the problem remains, contact your retailer or local support to get a replacement if your camera is under warranty.
