UNABLE TO VIEW TODAY RECORDING IN TAPO CLOUD STORAGE
Cloud recording not listed in Tapo App for todays date. Already done reboot and also reset the Tapo C210 but the problem still exist.

Kindly be informed the issue already resolved. I noticed that cloud recording not showing after turn on Camera Account in Advance Setting.
Hence, I reset again the Tapo C210 and not create the new Camera Account. Then the cloud recording working again.

Hi,
Thank you for the case sharing. Generally, the Tapo Care, SD card, and RTSP stream can't work simultaneously. If your camera has inserted an SD card and viewed via RTSP stream, the Tapo Care may not work.
