Hi,
Please help confirm the following information about the reported issue.
1. What's the MAC address of your Tapo C200? You can send me the MAC address via a private message.
2. Please check the LED status on the camera.
3. Please refer to the link below to reset the camera, and if the LED changes to flashing red and green, you can reconfigure the camera via the Tapo app and check if it will work.
