I've had my camera for two years and its been working really well. At that time my wifi frequency was at 2.4Gz. Now it's up to to 5 and the camera no longer works. Is there a fix or is there another TP link camera that will work with a faster wifi frequency. Already updated that app etc etc, nothing seem to work.  I use to be able to  also switch between the two frequencies, but  that is no longer an option. Any suggestions?

Hi,
The Tapo C100 does not support the 5G Wi-Fi band and can work with the 2.4G Wi-Fi band only. Generally, a Wi-Fi router will provide 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi bands to ensure all devices can connect.
It's recommended to contact your router support to check if the router can provide a 2.4G band, or you can buy a new router/AP that supports a 2.4G Wi-Fi band for the 2.4G devices to connect.
Best Regards
