Hi, May I know the model number of your range extender?
It is suggested to refer to the following suggestions:
TP-Link Range Extender Setup (Range Extender Mode)
Unable to Connect to WiFi Extender or Saying Incorrect Password
Has connected to TP-Link extender but no internet, what can I do?
