Model: Tapo TC72  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.4. build 231109 rel 66857n

Anyone have issue with this model when viewing video/playback when you max the volume to hear. There is always a screeching or "noise" for the volume. I have a tapo C210 and placed at the sane position, the volume effect as per 72 didnt exist. I already contacted support and they asked to RMA. Now RMA set also had same issue. Seems like the model problem...

 

Before i upgraded firmware i checked issue is there, after as well 

 

Checking Live when outside at work not being near to camera same prob

 

Regret getting. Maybe shld go for Xiaomi.

Hi,
Usually, you can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if you hear noise from the Tapo camera when monitoring it.
How to avoid noise when monitoring the sound from Tapo camera?
 

In this situation, can you share a video that shows the reported problem for further analysis?

Thanks for the help. I already seen that link and even contacted support and sent the file. Thats why i did a RMA. But the new set is the same henceforth i think is the model problem?

 

As using C210 at the same spot i don't have this issue and moving the 72 to other location same problem.

 

Even try playback, live view on iphone instead of my Android. Same.

 

Pity this had to be it.
