Hi,

 

We've noticed that almost all of our cloud storage recordings ( 9 cameras) have been lost within the last 30 days. This affects all our cameras. Could you please assist in explaining why this has occurred?  We need to access and download specific footage for ongoing complaints and cases.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information about the reported case.
1. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the TP-Link account you used to log in to the Tapo app via a private message.

2. Send me a picture of the Tapo app>Me>Tapo Care page.

3. Usually, on the Tapo app>Cameras tab>Cloud Activity page, if you select the date between Feb 17-March 07, 2024, whether any video clips here?
