Deco X80 AX600 - No 5G Connection only 4G
Replaced my EE Smarthub to the X80 as i was having numerous issues between the router and the mesh. Since replacing the Deco as my primary 5G Router I have never been able to connect to the EE 5G network, only receiving 4G.
I have followed guidance on previous threads and created a new EE Mobile Carrier profile on the Deco and I still only get 4G. Also since replacing the main deco unit with the X80 I am no longer able to use the network optimization in the app. I always get a detection failed error. Software is up to date, network have been rebooted several times.
Any advice would be greatfully received.
