Hi All,

Using ProtonVPN and after downloading config file and uploading it. Not sure what password credentials to use. When not using any and just uploading the config file - the status is always at connecting. Doesnt ever change to connected.

Any suggestions or comments would be awesome.

Thanks,

Glen

It has been a while since I set up protonvpn. As I recall, you need to set up a proton account and I think I used my proton mail account.

I use proton vpn on my travel devices such as phone and tablets and loaded the protonvpv app to them. Once I set up the app, it saved the userid and password. I just open the app and select the server I want, and it connects. It does make things run slower so I use it when I travel.

you should be able to sign on to the protonvpn web site and sign on.
