One of the decos has changed its name and now says Deco_25:00 in the search. it is impossible to connect or configure it. Reset doesn't help.
Hi, How long have you had the Deco X60?
It is likely the hardware of this Deco is broken and you could contact the local shop retailer to check whether it is still under warranty.
