Problems restarting C510W camera
Hi,
We've recently bought the C510w camera and after few days it disconnected from wifi and refused to connect back even after restarting it.
I've decided to try to restore it to factory setting, but now I can't even set it up as my phone (same phone I used in past) can't see the Tapo_Cam_XXXX wifi.
The LED is blinking green and red (switching from green to red).

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. The test results of the above steps.
2. Please press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera, and then check if you can see the default SSID.
3. Please search for the default SSID with different phones, tablets, or laptops, then check if it will appear.
