You can try the following steps for the reported issue.
1. Please ensure you have factory reset the NC450 successfully, you can try holding the reset button for 10 seconds.

2. You can refer to the instructions below to configure the camera, as you can see in Step 5), the app will ask you to set a password for secure access to your camera, rather than use admin. Please check if you can set up the camera successfully.
