New Features/Enhancements
1.Add support for ECO mode ( on Advanced->System->ECO Mode page).
When working in Power-Saving Mode or Ultra Power-Saving Mode, your router will reduce the power consumption to save power, please note that your network speed and coverage will be reduced as well.

TAP mode, short for "Ethernet Bridging" is a network technology that enables the bridging of two or more network segments into one virtual network. With the integration of TAP mode into your OpenVPN server, your AX55 router now has the ability to work as a bridge between multiple local networks, creating a seamless and unified network experience.

@Pbranly no, unfortunately. I've manually tried the 1.26.x firmware from the other closed post, but it was not recognized by the AX55 Pro router, sadly

This is our only hope. I feel cheated. On the https://www.tp-link.com/pl/easymesh/product-list/ site, the AX55 PRO (V1) is labeled as having ethernet backhaul support. In addition, I wrote to support and they wrote that it has support. When I bought it and connected it at home, it turned out that there is no ethernet backhaul. With my two Archer C6 v4 tries to communicate wirelessly. And it works absolutely terribly!

Hey @Marvin_S
Currently i have two AX55 using the Beta version which i installed for the ethernet backhaul.
If i update the firmware on the main router, does the satellite router update automatically as well? if not, does the satellite router still able to join to the main router after update?
Or what is the correct steps to update both of the router?

Hi, if you update firmware of main router, the firmware of satellite router will not update automatically.
Via the web UI page of main router, you can update firmware of satellite router under Advanced > Easymesh page or Advanced > System Tools > Firmware Update.
That should not affect the connection of Easymesh network.

@AF63 If you manually flash this version (1.3.2 Build 20240325 rel.56896) it also works fine on the EU hardware version
